Olivetti Programma 102, c. 1966 Successor to the first programmable desktop computer Programma 101, invented by the Italian engineer Pier Giorgio Perotti and launched at the 1964 New York World's Fair. Transistor control, 240-byte magnetostrictive delay-line memory, magnetic card reader and writer, paper-tape print-out and programming keys. An ergonomically and stylishly designed early computer. Several "Programma 101" computers were sold to NASA and used to plan the Apollo 11 flight. - Good untested original condition, with manuals and program cards. Ein ergonomisch und stilistisch bemerkenswerter früher Computer, zu finden in der Dauerausstellung des "Museum of Modern Art".
