The auction will take place the 1st and 2nd December, 2016.<br />&nbsp;<br />- Lots may be viewed at Bertolami Fine Arts in Rome, Piazza Lovatelli 1, 00186, the 26 November, 2016 from 16.00 to 19.00 hrs CET and from 27 to 30 November, 2016 from 10 to 19 hrs CET.<br />&nbsp;<br />- Offers may be made through our website (www.bertolamifinearts.com), or The-saleroom (www.the-saleroom.com), LiveAuctioneers (www. liveauctioneers.com), Arsvalue (www.arsvalue.com), fax, email, phone or directly to the offices of Bertolami Fine Arts. Offers made by email, fax, phone, through our website or website above mentioned, can be received until 12:00 hrs CET of 1st December, 2016 for lots 1-183 and until 12:00 hrs CET of 2nd December, 2016 for lots 184-356.<br />&nbsp;<br />- BFA may accept absentee bids which are below the reserve price. If the bidding ends before the reserve is reached, Bertolami Fine Arts&nbsp;will submit the consignor&nbsp;the highest absentee bid (until 12.00 on 1 and 2 December 2016)&nbsp;below the reserve&nbsp;price&nbsp;received.&nbsp;The decision of the seller will be communicated to the bidder within fifteen days from the auction date.<br />&nbsp;<br />- In the event of matching bids on the same lots, the earliest bid will take precedence.<br />&nbsp;<br />- In the case of only one bid on a lot, the lot will awarded at the opening price. (e.g. if the opening price is € 1.000 and the only bid offered is € 1.500, the lot will be awarded at € 1000).<br />&nbsp;<br />- In the case of multiple bids on the same lot, it will be awarded to the highest bidder. The calculation of the offer will be made at<br />predetermined increments added to the bid immediately lower than the highest received.
