Bud in waves Vase 2018 Porcelaine H 27 x L 27 x P 20 cm Zsolt József Simon was born in Celldömölk, West of Hungary in 1973. He is living and working now in Pécs, South of Hungary. He finished his studies as porcelain designer at MOME Budapest in 2006. Beside of sculptural work he has been teaching drawing, painting and also leading workshops, giving lectures based on the special porcelain slip casting technique he invented. His sculptures appeared in many exhibitions, galleries and competitions from New York to Japan and also won several awards on these events.
