Circle of FRANCKEN, Frans II [Two lance holding soldiers in front of a tomb and two crucified men surrounded by people, perhaps for the lower part of a crucifixion]. Black chalk, pen and brown ink, brown wash, 17,2 x 16,7 cm (lower corners underlaid, tears without loss). Stuck by edges under passe-partout (not fixed, ms. note: "Swanefelt" and collector's stamp on paper support). Fr. II Francken (1581-1642). Prov. Dr. C.R. Rudolf (Lugt 2811b).
