The lot comprises a teapot and cover, a two-handled sugar pot and cover, and a milk jug. Each piece is similarly decorated to the body with four fish swimming on a seeded ground, below a floral band to the rim and an upright lappet band to the foot. the angular handle of the teapot is decorated with seaweed, and the handles of the sugar pot and milk jug are painted blue. The two covers are similarly decorated with a single fish on a seeded ground, surmounted by an x-shaped finial. Each piece has an apocryphal Kangxi four-character mark to the base. Condition: The teapot: The finial of the cover has been restuck. The teapot appears to be in overall good condition. Dimensions: 17 cm. high including cover; 18 cm. wide handle to spout The sugar bowl: Appears to be in overall good condition apart from a few tiny shallow chips to the foot. Dimensions:11.8 cm. high including cover; 15.5 cm. wide across the handles The milk jug: Appears to be in overall good condition, apart from a tiny burst glaze bubble to the rim.
