A rare Torck 'DAF II' (deluxe edition) red metal pedal car, 1960-1963, 41,5 x 49 x 107 cm A rare Torck 'DAF II' (deluxe edition) red metal pedal car, with a DAF logo to the front and backside of the car, accessories: lights to the front and backside, aluminium grill, aluminium bumper with two shock absorbers, license plate to the backside Torck made a series of pedal car types inspired by their 'lifesize' model (f.e. VW Beetle, Jaguar Etype, Fiat, Peugeot...). However, the DAF is a kind of a special type since Torck cooperated with the Dutch D.A.F. company in order to produce their own little brother. Torck catalogue: 1960-1963 H 41,5 cm - W 49 cm - L 107 cm Lot 40 shows a similar DAF pedal car, which is played intensely. Exhibition: Was until now (2016-2021) part of the long-term loan by the owners to the permanent Museum of Deinze en de Leiestreek (MUDEL) collection, Deinze, Belgium
