Astronomy.- Fromondus (Libertus) Meteorologicorum libri sex, first edition, title with large engraved printer's device, woodcut decorative initials and tail-pieces, colophon f. with woodcut printer's device verso, final f. blank, occasional spotting or light staining, lightly browned throughout, new endpapers, later calf, spine in compartments and with later gilt and a red leather label, rubbed, small 4to, Antwerp, Plantin, 1627. ⁂ The first edition is rare at auction.
