Illustrated with an engr. title and 40 steel-engravings, each showing 2 views of Ireland: Dublin (from diff. points of view, the Post Office, King's Bridge, Trinity College, etc.), Poul-a-Phuca waterfall, castle of Kilkenny, Inchmore castle, Curraghmore, Waterford, upper lake of Killarney, Giant's Causeway, Custom House in Limerick, Grand Parade in Cork, Blarney castle, High Street in Belfast, etc. With descriptions by Wright (ca. 1794–1877), Irish writer and Anglican clergyman. The first edition was published in 1831.
