Views of Brussels and Liège. 1825 2 drawings, pen and black ink, grey wash, traces of pencil, 20,5 x 32,5 cm, velin paper, unsigned (the Brussels sheet slightly toned). Two sheets from a sketchbook dated 9th and 16th of August 1825. The first is a view seen from the steps of the Cathedral St. Gudule, in the Rue collegiale. The other sheet is a view at the Saint Denis and Saint Paul in Liège. Most likely from a travel sketchbook of an English tourist.
