Illuminated vellum leaf of a printed Book of Hours, depicting the Pentecost. [Paris ca. 1500] 8vo: 1 f. (16 x 11 cm) (sl. wavy, a few spotting and offsets, handwritten foliation "36"). Surrounded by a three-quarter architectural border. The scene takes place under arches. Decorated with gold, red, blue, brown, green and pink colour, text alternating red and blue one-, two- and four-line initials enhanced with liquid gold.
