Eduard Franz Meyerheim (1838-1880), important German landscape and genre painter. First learned from his father Friedrich Eduard Meyerheim, already at the age of 16 he went to the Berlin Art Academy in 1854 and transferred four years later to the Düsseldorf Art Academy.
