Equestrian portrait of Felicjan Szybalski as a lieutenant of the 2nd Uhlan Regiment Finely painted, historically important portrait of Felicjan Szybalski (1822-1892), who participated in the 2nd Uhlan Regiment (also called ''White Uhlans'') under General Józef Wysocki Wladyslaw Tchórznicki in Hungary in the Polish Legions as a volunteer in the Hungarian Uprising of 1848/49 and fought in several difficult battles and battles.
