A good bisque head fashion doll, French circa 1870, the pale bisque head with blue fixed glass eyes, feathered eyebrows, delicately painted closed mouth and rouged cheeks, original blonde wig with cork pate, fixed neck to kid leather body with individually stitched fingers and wearing later brown velvet and silk winter gown, bonnet and black shoes, (condition: plasters to one leg), 15” (38cm) tall.
