ERNEST BOICEAU (1881-1950) Grand tapis au point de Cornely, "La mer", circa 1930, laines polychromes et coton, à décor de trois mâts, décor central de nuages et étoiles, contre-bordure au point de Cornely et point mousse à décor de vagues stylisées. Signé "EBOICEAU" sur la bordure. (Légères tâches) A carpet in Cornely stitch, "The Sea", c.1930, polychrome wools and cotton, decorated with three masts, central decoration of clouds and stars, counter border in Cornely stitch and foam stitch decorated with stylized waves, signed "EBOICEAU" on the border.
