Flemish School mid-16th century. Guillaume Benson Circle (1521-1574) "Madonna and Child" Oil on panel. 91 x 75 cm. As Enrique Valdivieso notes in his report, the style of this Madonna and Child is related to Guillaume Benson, who repeated this composition many times in his workshop in Bruges. These versions mainly ended up in Spain, where at least two of them are known of, one in the Seville Museum of Fine Art and another in the Museum of Zaragoza. The painting comes with the report by Enrique Valdivieso, dated 13th December 2012 and a certificate by Bernardino de Pantorba, dated 7th June 1983, in which the painting is attributed to Roland de Mois.
