Woman with an umbrella, in a floral frame. Late 18th-19th c Watercolour on silk, 59 x 45 cm at sight (slightly worn and soiled more at bottom). Under black wooden frame (not studied outside frame). An example of the "Chinese mania" blending rococo exuberance with stereotypical Chinese elements; often found in the applied arts.
