A Charles II walnut and olivewood oyster veneered cabinet on stand, circa 1680, in manner of Thomas Pistor, the moulded pediment above a pair of hinged doors opening to an arrangement of nine drawers, centred by a small cupboard door, opening to reveal three small drawers, the moulded upper edge of the stand incorporating a leather inset slide, above a long drawer and wrythen turned legs with shaped peripheral stretchers, on turned bun feet, 157cm high, 117cm wide, 52cm deep Provenance: Waystrode Manor, Kent
