dating: Early 19th Century provenance: Italy, Thin, straight, single-and false-edged blade of hexagonal section, with wide back, chiselled and engraved, iron, hexagonal knot. Dark, wooden grip of hexagonal section, with thin, longitudinal raisers, cap and ring-nut in silver foil, engraved with frames. Leather scabbard with silver mounts, with fasces, trophies and geometrical motifs. length 26.3 cm.
