A fine hunting knife Lot n° 13

dating: First half of the 19th Century provenance: Southern Italy, Wide, single-and false-edged blade, richly engraved with a hunter, hounds, a couple with a dog, deer, mystic figures and floral motifs. Disk-knot. Horn, checkered and chiselled grip (small parts missing), with silver cap and ring-nut, engraved with floral motifs. Leather scabbard with silver mounts, decorated en suite. length 43 cm.
