A hunting dagger Lot n° 8

dating: circa 1800 provenance: Northern Italy, Long, single-and false-edged blade, with triple groove, base chiselled with floral motifs in bass-relief, back chiselled with a pierced bird at the girdle, some floral engravings. Horn grip, embossed with petals, silver, engraved cap and ring-nut. Leather scabbard with white metal mounts. length 42.5 cm.
