A new record for the Swedish painter was recently set in Stockholm, confirming the market's growing interest in Scandinavian modern art.

The oil painting Les Deux Amies, Capri broke a record for its author at €130,200 under the hammer of Thierry-Lannon. It could represent the painter herself, embraced by her husband, the painter Einar Wegener - who will become the first transgender woman in history as narrated in the film The Danish Girl.
