Original gray lacquered wood and stucco mirror frame.
Ogival shape with pediment.
Carved title decorations on the outer parts of the pediment.
The entire perimeter is underlined by ribs.
Circa 1910.
Accidents, missing mirror, lincrusta part and carved pediment motifs.

Our mirror frame probably comes from a building designed by Hector Guimard, contemporary with the seven apartment buildings on Rue Agar, Rue Gros and Rue La Fontaine (Paris XVI) built between 1910 and 1912 for the Société Civile Immobilière de la rue Moderne, in which the architect held shares.
