ONLY EDITION attributed to Givaudan by A. Jacquemart (Bibliographie forestière française, 1852, n° 61). It deals with the ordinance of 1669, with woods belonging to ecclesiastics, with the decree of the Grand Master of 1648, and also with the guarding and visiting of woods. The last part offers several models of official acts concerning the administration of the forests. The work is dedicated to Dom Emmanuel Pinto, Grand Master and Sovereign Prince of Malta, with his arms engraved at the head of the dedication. A cracked spine without gravity, otherwise a fine copy.
