18th century
Mark VP in manganese. Manufacture Veuve Perrin
H. 28 cm L : 27 cm
Old restorations on the flowers of the holds and on a foot.
Provenance:
Maison Vandermeersch 23 quai Voltaire Paris
The rarity of these pieces lies mainly in the water green color of the enamel background rarely used on earthenware.
It would seem that in Marseille only the manufacture of the Veuve Perrin used this colored background whose duration was ephemeral from 1763 to 1765 approximately.
