Dial with Roman numerals, decorated with a scene representing a divinity watering an eagle in the clouds. The dial is decorated all around with trophies of arms (antique helmet, flag pikes, sword handles and quivers) in gilt bronze.
The whole resting on a lion lying down with dark patina.
Base in bronzed iron sheet, decorated with friezes of acanthus leaves and a motif with a putti supporting a weapon trophy.
It rests on four feet, two of which are chiseled with foliage.
