HANGER
in gilt bronze with two tones of matt and burnished gold representing Diana the hunter, the enamelled dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic for the minutes inscribed in a terminal decorated with foliage and flowers, flanked by a dog and a bird. It rests on an oval base chiseled in bas-relief with a deer hunting scene taken from the story of Actaeon, a frieze of palmettes and hunting trophies in appliques, finished with small runners.
