"The official notifies that Fromons de Saint-Cloud " Sancto Clodoaldo " and his wife Petronille, owners of a house in Paris, at the corner of the street of Daveron " in cuneo vivi de Daveron " and contiguous to that of Richard Gruiel, mason, gave to Pierre Paon on the said house, five sols of increased cens, and sold to him on the same house, for the price paid of 110 cols parisis [...] ". This annuity will then be given to a church, as specified in a note on the back.
