Pair of small blue and white porcelain bottles called "soft paste", China, Compagnie des Indes, 18th centuryOf
rectangular shape with a short neck and a wide oval flared opening. On one side, branches of peonies surround a frame left in white probably intended to receive an inscription related to the container of the bottle. The other three sides show branches of peony and aster flowers. The shoulder is decorated with geometric motifs and the neck with a frieze of asters and scrolls.
