Bound with the arms of Abbé Élisabeth Théodose de Breteuil (1712-1781), brother of the Marquise du Châtelet, a woman of letters, mathematician and physicist who was a major figure of the Age of Enlightenment.
This book is not very common because it was censored by the faculty of Nantes, which led to the internment of its author.
