Dated from the reign of H.M. Emperor Tu Duc (1847-1883),
Accompanied by its texts of ordinances calligraphed in black ink in Sino-Vietnamese dated 23 October 1852. On Annam golden yellow C paper, with silver embossed design representing an imperial dragon moving among evanescent clouds and Tho characters. Imperial seal of the Annam court. Framed.
