Platinum ring 850/°° set with a beautiful cushion sapphire of Ceylon origin, measuring about 3.5 to 4 ct, 9.2x7.8x5.9 mm, in a double setting of old-cut diamonds, shoulder of smaller diamonds. French work, circa 1900 (mascaron hallmark affixed for the sale). Finger size : 57. Gross weight : 6.0 g. Sold with preliminary examination of the LFG of 18.01.22 indicating no thermal modification noted. Minimal chips on the diamonds.
