The rich decoration title revolving partly in relief and partly engraved and enhanced with gilding.
The scene features, in addition to the figures, literate panels (in engraving) - Throne Pastry - La Belle aged[e] 17 ½ - 2[S]U - Gran[de]tombola des na[t]sion[s].
The band below the neck featuring engraved and gold geometric rotating decoration.

Signed RINGEL in gold towards the base in the decoration, bears the mark with the rosary H & Co and the number 120 in hollow under the base and a monogram (possibly of the decorator) in ink under the base.
