A certificate of the ADOM dated April 14, 2022 will be given to the buyer.
Hubert Germain (1920-2021), Minister of Posts and Telecommunications (1972-1974), will entrust in 1974 to Joan Miró the creation of the first stamp of the "Artistic Series". The first stamp produced in rotogravure, the mythical bird of the Post Office interpreted by the Catalan artist will enter the world of philately on September 14, 1974.
The museum of the Post Office preserves in its collections a model, stencil with the gouache, which was used for the edition in heliogravure.
