Portalis and Beraldi 143 ; I.F.F. 59. Color print. A very fine proof, trimmed laterally on the plate cut, with narrow margins at the head and foot.
The original, a miniature by the painter Cornelius Höyer, is in the Royal Danish Collection at Rosenborg Castle. It was made around 1789, during a stay of the painter in Paris. (Inventory of the French collection, 18th century engravers, volume XII, n° 59).
