PARIS 1738 - 1739
Silver ewer of baluster form resting on a pedestal bordered with enrubannés nets in recall on a rush in the middle of the body, on the edge of the lid and on the handle. The reed appliques, under the effect of the wind, seem to lean in different orientations, posed on a moving wave. The spout is highlighted by a bearded god's head in mascaron. The thumb rest is a shell.
