A gilt bronze chandelier with six scrolled lights surmounted by child blowers seated on a cylindrical shaft with flutes ending with a base decorated with foliage and bunches of grapes; (small lacks including the chains; pierced for electricity). Louis XVI style, second half of the 19th century. H : 80 cm, W : 66 cm This chandelier was made after the model of a chandelier once attributed to Pierre Gouthière, a copy of which is now kept at the Château de Versailles (H. Ottomeyer and P. Pröschel, Vergoldete Bronzen, Munich, 1986, p. 238) .
