A pair of patinated bronze and gilt bronze andirons in the shape of a fluted column, topped by a palmette and resting on a rectangular base decorated with a head of Bacchus and musical instruments.On one of the columns hangs a lion's corpse and a cup, on the other a drapery and tambourine. They stand on four claw feet flanked by acanthus leaves.
