*SOUVENIRS ATTRIBUTED TO MARECHAL OUDINOT (1767-1847) Set of souvenirs of the brigadier general uniform including: Embroidered collar of brigadier general. Pair of facings of brigadier general. Pair of epaulette expectations. Two pairs of ornament of retroussis with the winged grenade and buried. 11 buttons, nine in the model of generals of the Empire (three variants) and two small modules of staff places. Presented framed under glass with engraved brass cartouche "?COLLAR EMBROIDERIES AND PAREMENTS, RETROUCIS OF BASQUES AND BUTTONS FROM THE HABIT OF GENERAL OUDINOT - OFFICER GEN ETAT MAJOR DE PLACES " A.B.E. Biography : Nicolas Charles Oudinot, duke of Reggio (1767-1847) Masséna's chief of staff in Italy (1800), he took part in all the wars of the Empire and his conduct during the 1809 campaign earned him the marshal's baton. Allied to the Restoration, he became General-in-Chief of the National Guard of Paris (October 1815), Grand Chancellor of the Legion of Honour (1839) and Governor of the Invalides (1842).
