TÔN-THÂT Tiêt (born 1933). Partially autograph musical manuscript, Chu Ky VII for harp and instrumental ensemble, 1986; 66 sheets 37 x 27 cm. Orchestral score of this piece for harp and ensemble, premiered on February 13, 1987 at the Centre Georges Pompidou by Marie-Claire Jamet and the Ensemble Intercontemporain conducted by Kent Nagano. It is dedicated to Marie-Claire Jamet and Kent Nagano. Duration about 20 minutes. In addition to the harp, the orchestra includes flute (piccolo and bass), oboe, clarinet, bass clarinet, bassoon, horn, 2 trumpets, tenor trombone, bass trombone, 2 percussionists, piano, 2 violins, viola, cello, double bass. The manuscript is carefully noted in Indian ink on tracing paper; it is dated at the end "St Maur VI-X 1986"; ff. 18 to 59 have been replaced by photographic tracings (probably after correction).
