Large double in-8°. Publisher's full polychrome percaline boards "with an elephant title in the cartouche". Dark red percaline. Engel bookbinder. Gilt edges. Blue endpapers. Six hors-texte plates in colours. Printed by Belin. Last edition with its printing number 533, not referenced by Jauzac.
Spine slightly faded. Small chip in the blue of the second box. Otherwise, a very nice copy in its last binding and its last printing. A rare title!
