A gilt bronze and Parisian varnish table imitating Japanese lacquer, decorated with garlands and sphinxes on a polished steel background, the top decorated with a carp in geometrical frames with engraved borders and aventurine backgrounds resting on uprights with figures of antique women joined by a moving strut surmounted by a basket; stamped by Beurdeley in Paris
After the table by Adam Weisweiler and François Rémond delivered for Queen Marie-Antoinette at the Château de Saint-Cloud in 1784 by Dominique Daguerre.
