Published on , by La Gazette Drouot

St. Mary’s Church in Beverly, Yorkshire will soon replace now-eroded 12th-century carvings with 14 handmade stone sculptures of characters from the beloved C.S. Lewis children’s series. The idea came from a local art student and is being realized by the masonry and conservation company Matthias Garn.
