"Kontiki-20", stainless steel, self-windig wristwatch with a steel Eterna bracelet. Made circa 1960 Case. Three body, polished, curved lugs, screwed down case back engraved with the "Kon-Tiki". DIAL: Silver with applied baton indexes, outer minutes division,louminous "Dauphine hands". MOVEMENT: Eterna Matic, Cal.1489K Dial, case and movement signed, in good condition. DIAM: 34 mm THICKNESS: 13mm The Kon-Tiki is the raft used by the explorer and writer Thor Heyerdahl in Norwegian in 1947 for his expedition across the Pacific Ocean from South America to the Polynesian islands.
