Figurine birmane en bois représentant un Bouddha au visage finement sculpté. Assis sur un trône (incomplet), ses mains font le geste bhumisparsha (geste du toucher de la terre). Traces de dorures sur l'arrière. La figurine est placée sur un socle. XVIIème siècle. Taille totale H.: 44 cm Burmese wooden figure of the Buddha with a fine carved face, sitting on a (fragmentary) throne his hands in bhumisparsha or earth-touching gesture. At the back with traces of gilding. The figure is placed on a plinth. 17th century.
