Brooch with horse's head
18 ct yellow gold. In the shape of a three-dimensional horse's head with a long mane. The head finely enameled in lapis lazuli trompe l'oeil with fine gold powder inclusions, the eyes set with two small brilliant-cut diamonds, the lively wavy structured mane set in stripes with 38 brilliant- and octagonal-cut diamonds (total approx. 63 ct, H/I, vs-si). Stamped: fineness 750, "Kern", numbered 1016. Enamel of the ears and on the mounting edge partially minimally chipped, one stone lost. 7.4 x 4.3 cm. Weight 54.73 g. Original light gray suede case.
