Poetic necklace with antique glass
22 ct yellow gold. Unique piece. Chased stylized stele shape, base set with a trapezoidal shard of lapis lazuli blue glass and a rectangular millefiori glass shard, flanked on either side by sculpted volutes. The poem "Komm in den totgesagten Park und schau" by Stefan George is engraved by hand. Comes with a forged link chain made of twisted rods and profiled ring links with a hook-and-eye fastener. Signed and dated on the base plate: "Skoluda 91". Pendant somewhat bent. H 9.5 cm. Chain L 64 cm. Total weight 59.22 g.
