Porcelain, enriched in colours. Large figurine of a wood grouse on rectangular pedestral. The animal's tail feathers set
up in impressive fan. The wood grouse itself is taking a step, slightly leaning forward
and with opened beak. The wings are slightly brazed away from the body as if it would
demonstrate his dominance towards another bird. 37x35x40cm.
Swords mark, painted blue under glaze. Verso inscr. '1938, Erich Oehme'. Model number O252, porcelain former's mark 141. Some tail feathers restored.
