Produced exclusively from the first press and run off without pumping, allowing minimal addition of sulfur. This "very anture" type of vinification gives the wine, made from Pinot grapes, a characteristic copper hue as was common in the last century. Blend: Pinot noir 90%, Chardonnay 7%, Pinot Meunier 3%.
