Blued bronze and marble base.

André Vincent Becquerel was a French sculptor. He studied at the School of Fine Arts of Paris with Hector Lemaire and Prosper Lecourtier. He exhibited sculptures of animals, including felines, horses, cats and ornithological subjects at the Salon de la Société des Artistes Français from 1914 to 1922.
Becquerel made numerous decorative sculptures, with a preference for wild animals. For the Paris Universal Exposition of 1937, he exhibited a monumental sculpture in patinated plaster for the International Pavilion.
They have slight flaws in the bases.
