Case diameter: approx. 34 mm, 18K (750/oo) yellow gold double bowl, unengraved, openworked case back centered with a large oval garnet cabochon (scratches), rim, scroll surround and setting set with lines of rose-cut diamonds (2 missing), including crowned. Tête de Cheval" hallmark on the middle, XIX° period. Gross weight: 43.2 g.
